Another lost opportunity

A couple years ago, in design school at CCA(C), we had a project where we were required to design a tool of some kind. I chose to design a line of butane-powered tools that included several variations on a butane-powered portable hot glue gun. At the time I thought it was a good idea, but after the school project was over, I never really pursued it.
Butane-Powered Portable Hot Glue Gun Then, a few days ago I received one of those "Asian Sources" magazines that showcases products produced by Asian contract manufacturers (mostly in China and Taiwan). There, on the back cover, was the product I'd thought of but never pursued.
This seems to be an ongoing theme in my life, the ideas I think of several years before they appear, but never really pursue hard enough, or get discoraged with. I'm really working on bringing my ideas to market, but it is very difficult.
