Detroit airport sucks because...

They've installed a very expensive tram system in the Northwest terminal, but they don't tell you about it. It's super secret. When you change planes here, you first see signs pointing from your arrival gate (A66) to your departure gate (A5) down a long, long corridor. If you're really observant, you might see a tiny sign that says only "Express Tram" and seems to indicate a tram to a whole other terminal. So if you then resign yourself the walking the entire length of the terminal, you'll find, at your gate, another tram stop. Posted by todd at September 2, 2005 05:33 PM
