Last Triathlon of the Season
Tammy and I completed the Treasure Island Olympic-distance triathlon today:

So basically, we both did pretty darn well. Tammy rocked the house. I did my best time ever, and I was seriously considering NOT doing the race last night, when my head was still chock full o' sinus congestion.
I shaved about 11 minutes off my time from the same race last year-- Tammy shaved about 14 minutes. woo!
My run still sucks-- I really gotta work on it in the off season.
